Dear Just Cuts Clients and Teams,
At Just Cuts we care deeply about your well-being and safety. Clients, Teams and Franchise Owners are all essential contributors to small business and much-loved family members to their nearest and dearest. This is a rapidly changing situation that we are reviewing in real time according to national and state guidelines and directions. For now, we continue to welcome you to Just Cuts salons across Australia.
For 30 Years we have set the standard for salon hygiene practices across 200+ locations. We have also implemented additional steps and recommendations for your comfort including;
- The Just Cuts app is a convenient and no-touch way to add yourself to the queue. You can view the wait times of your nearest Just Cuts salons, then join the queue at the location of your choice, all remotely through our mobile app. You’ll receive an SMS when you’re next in the queue so you can make your way to the salon. No waiting in salon required!
- To ensure social distancing, you will notice that your nearest Just Cuts have taken measures to meet these needs. This will often be implemented by only using every second cutting station. Check with your nearest salon for details.
- To protect the vulnerable in our community we request that if you are not feeling well or are displaying symptoms that you don’t visit a Just Cuts.
- To reduce cash handling, we suggest that you use pay wave / tap and go where possible.
- Some Just Cuts salons may have reduced hours and others are offering special hours for seniors and those with disabilities. To find out more contact your nearest Just Cuts using the details on our website www.justcuts.com
At Just Cuts we have always and will continue to:
- Use an individual, sanitised comb to cut each Client’s hair; each Client gets a fresh comb used on them for the Style Cut and then that comb is put into a sanitising process throughout the day.
- Individual disposable neck strips; each Client has a neck strip applied to protect the capes we use in salon and to ensure Client comfort.
- Medi Swipes; You will see Just Cuts Stylists sanitising the blades of their cutting scissors and clippers with individual Medi Swipes prior to every cutting service.
- Disposable towels are used in most Just Cuts salons, to increase the hygiene standard of our service process.
We will continue to uphold our high sanitation standards and have added to this process, to meet the current need for extra vigilance in these areas:
- The use of hand sanitisers at the styling station and reception areas.
- Gloves and disinfectant wipes for cleaning hard surfaces in salon, such as the chairs, keyboards and Eftpos machines.

An important update from Just Cuts United Kingdom
Dear Just Cuts Clients, Teams, family and friends.
The time has come for Just Cuts salons in the United Kingdom to temporarily close.
You can still purchase your favourite JUSTICE Professional products on our website www.justicehair.co.uk or Amazon until we return. We'll also be on social media sharing news, style tips and updates. We'd love to see what you are doing too. Tell us about your day, share photos and videos of your good and bad hair days at home. We all need connection right now.
Most Just Cuts salons are owned and operated by United Kingdom locals so you can support them by following their social media pages and engaging with their updates. They'd really appreciate it.
As always the well being and safety of our Clients and Teams is the most important thing. We wish you all the best during this challenging time. We look forward to welcoming you back to your nearest Just Cuts soon.

Corona Virus (COVID_19)
Dear Clients,
The current Corona Virus (COVID_19) outbreaks have made this a time when we are all focused and aware of hygiene practices in our day to day lives.
During uncertain times like this, it is essential to be kind and care for ourselves and each other. For the time being, we continue to welcome Clients to visit their nearest Just Cuts for a Style Cut. We are continually reviewing and updating our approach according to government and national health guidelines.
We are advising all Just Cuts Teams to follow the current government statements and guidelines. Just Cuts have also added extra precautions to our salon service. We would like to take this time to highlight that hygiene has always been a high focus area of our service process at Just Cuts.
