In recognition of Just Cuts’ longstanding and significant contribution to the Australian franchising and business landscape and her leadership in building a global network, CEO Amber Manning has been appointed to the Board of the Franchise Council of Australia (FCA).
The FCA board election process was undertaken by independent election experts GoVote who audited and ratified the results. As a result of that ballot, Amber was elected to the FCA Board.
“Collaboration with owners, industry and the wider Australian franchise community including through the Franchise Council of Australia has always been central to my leadership of Just Cuts franchising, and I look forward to continuing to work closely with my colleagues at the FCA and forging closer ties with my peers in the Australian franchising industry.”
Since stepping into the CEO role in March 2018, Amber has driven the global expansion of the brand to become the largest hairdressing franchise in the Southern Hemisphere as well as into new markets in the UK and Taiwan. During this time 48 new salons have opened.
Amber has driven the integration of new technologies into an award winning franchise model that’s now delivered 32 years of small business success, with all 220 salons now promoting contactless check in through the Just Cuts Loyalty app or the in-salon contactless Check-In kiosks.
