Online Check-In lets you add your name to the queue at your local Just Cuts salon. After you’ve checked in using the app, you’ll know what your estimated wait is so you can make the best use of your time before you head to the salon. There is more on the website!

CAN I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

Just Cuts is a walk-in, no request, no appointment hairdressing salon, so you don’t need to schedule an appointment in advance. You can simply walk in! Online Check-In can help you find a salon nearest to you and add your name to the queue before heading to the salon.

WHEN IS ONLINE CHECK-IN AVAILABLE?

Customers can check-in online during the hours the salon is open, using the app only. There will be restrictions around closing times and when the queue is over an hour long.

ARE THERE ANY RULES OR RESTRICTION AROUND CHECKING INTO THE QUEUE?

You will not be able to check-in to the queue 60 minutes before a salon’s closing time or when the waiting time exceeds 60 minutes. Other reasons for not being able to join the queue can come down to technical difficulties and the fact that Stylists may not have clocked in yet.

HOW DOES ONLINE CHECK-IN SAVE ME TIME?

When you use online Check-In, you’ll save time by being able to see the wait time at your local Just Cuts salon, first. And, because you can check-in remotely, you can do it from anywhere, then make your way to the salon. You don’t need to be physically in the salon to join the queue.

HOW DO I USE ONLINE CHECK-IN?

All you have to do is use the Just Cuts app on your phone, click ‘Check-In’ on your app and follow the steps to find out where your nearest salons are located and what the estimated wait time is to join the queue remotely. You will then get an SMS to confirm, and you can start to make your way to the salon.

CAN I CHECK-IN MY WHOLE FAMILY OR MORE THAN ONE PERSON AT ONCE?

Yes! You can add up to five family members by visiting the ‘Account’ menu in your Just Cuts app. Then when it’s time to Check-In simply follow the prompts to add family members to the queue.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE SALON?

Online Check-In lets us know you're on your way, so it's best to head right over as soon as you have successfully Checked-In (taking into consideration your estimated wait time). Once you arrive, let Reception know you're there and we'll confirm your details and finish your Check-In. If there is a wait time, you can leave to do other errands, knowing how much time you have.

DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING WHEN I ARRIVE AT THE SALON?

Be sure to let the Stylists know when you arrive at the salon so they know you are there and can finish your Check-In.

CAN I USE ONLINE CHECK-IN FOR ALL TYPES OF SERVICES?

You can use Online Check-In for Style Cuts and optional extras including dry-offs and shampoos. Note that all services are not available on the app.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ARRIVE LATE?

Things happen. It’s not an appointment, so don't worry if you get held up. We'll keep your name on the list for a short period of time, but your wait time may be extended.
